Can schools and teams buy tax-exempt?
Yes! Download the Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate (REV-1220, PDF) to print and fill out, then email it to katie@finalscoreawards.com with the name and email you'll order under. We'll mark your account tax-exempt, usually within 1 business day. Log in at checkout and sales tax won't be charged. Already ordered? Send your certificate and we'll refund the tax.
Do you offer team discounts?
Yes! Team pricing is applied automatically at checkout: 5% off 25+ medals and 10% off 50+ medals.
What do you need for custom logos and engraving?
Custom logo: after checkout, reply to your order confirmation email with a clear, high-res PDF of your logo. We'll print from that file. Custom engraving: choose 'Yes' under Custom engraving? when ordering, then reply to our follow-up email with your name list. Use one line per medal matching your quantity, with name (plus team, year, or position if you like), typically about 20 characters per line, up to 3 lines. A spreadsheet, Word doc, or typed list is fine. We'll start your order once we have your files.
How much do kids' soccer medals cost?
Our medals range from $3.95 to $5.95 each depending on style and size. Chenille letter pins start at $2.49.
Can I get gold, silver and bronze for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place?
Yes. Every design is available in all three finishes so your podium matches.
What size medal is best for young kids?
For ages 4–8, a 2" to 2 1/2" medal like the Classic Legacy or Star Medal feels right. Older players and tournament winners often prefer 2 3/4" or larger.
Can I add our club, league or event logo?
Yes. Insert medals like the Crossfire Insert Medal can hold a sport insert or a custom logo. Contact us with your artwork.
Should every player get a medal?
For youth leagues, most coaches give every player the same medal to celebrate effort and teamwork.
When should I order for end of season?
Order a few weeks before your party. Contact us if you're on a tight date and we'll tell you what's possible.
Can I order for multiple teams or sports?
Yes. Choose the designs you need for each team in one order.
How many medals do I need for a cheer competition?
Multiply your placements per division by the athletes per team, then add a few spares for late roster changes.
What's the best medal for a basketball tournament?
A larger insert medal like the Crossfire (3 1/4") stands out for champions; smaller styles work well for participation.
Do you have medals for band, music and academics?
Yes. Our medals cover band and academics, and insert medals can carry music or academic inserts.
