These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Final Score Awards website at finalscoreawards.com and any purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Final Score Awards sells medals, award ribbons, chenille letter pins, and related accessories. Most products are made to order after you purchase.

1. Products and customization
Product photos, colors, and descriptions are examples. Actual finish, ribbon color, and engraving or insert details may vary slightly because items are produced after your order.
- Medals: You choose sport/place, metal color, and ribbon size (7/8" included; 1 1/2" available for an upcharge). Ribbon color is selected on the product page and is required for medals that include a neck ribbon.
- Spinner and insert medals: Stock inserts use a standard design. Logo-insert options use artwork you provide or approve. You are responsible for having rights to any logo, name, or artwork you submit.
- Ribbons and pins: Place award ribbons and chenille letter pins are sold as listed variants (style, place, or sport/design).
We may update product offerings, images, or options at any time without notice.
2. Orders and payment
- Order confirmation: An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email and process payment. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill).
- Payment: Payment is due at checkout through Shopify's supported methods. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Made to order: Because most items are made after you buy, we begin production once payment clears. Cancel or change requests after that may not be possible.
- Accuracy: You are responsible for correct shipping address, quantities, sport/place, colors, and ribbon choices. Errors in what you select may not be correctable after production starts.
3. Pricing and discounts
Listed prices include the standard 7/8" neck ribbon on medals that offer one. Optional upgrades (such as a 1 1/2" ribbon or a custom logo insert) add the stated upcharge.
Team pricing: Automatic discounts may apply on eligible medals in the Shop All Medals collection: 5% off 25+ medals and 10% off 50+ medals. Team discounts do not combine with each other. Shopify applies the better eligible discount. Discounts may exclude certain sales channels (for example POS) and may change or end without notice.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local rules.
4. Shipping
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays from carriers, weather, or high demand are outside our control.
- Made-to-order timing: production starts after payment; ship date depends on the product and order size.
- Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, unless law requires otherwise.
- Wrong address: if a package is returned or lost because of an address error you provided, you may be charged for re-shipment.

5. Returns and refunds
Custom and made-to-order goods are generally not returnable if they match what you ordered.
- We will replace or refund if an item arrives damaged, defective, or clearly different from what you selected (wrong place, color, or style).
- Contact us within [7 / 14] days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Buyer's remorse, wrong ribbon color chosen at checkout, or change of mind after production starts is not eligible for return unless required by law.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect any returned goods (if return is requested).
6. Intellectual property and customer artwork
Final Score Awards names, logos, product photos, and site content are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
If you upload or send a logo or design for an insert or custom medal, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it only to fulfill your order. We are not responsible for claims that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Final Score Awards is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law (including consumer protection laws).
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The Effective date at the top will change. Continued use of the site or new orders after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
